• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of stationery and art supplies, the following rules apply:

• 7-Day Window: You may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Opened Items: Items once opened cannot be returned. This is strictly applicable to pens, ink bottles, paint tubes, markers, and sealed stationery sets to ensure hygiene and product integrity.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like personalized corporate gifts or clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

3. The Unboxing Clause (Mandatory for Claims)

To protect both the customer and the business from transit-related issues:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers are required to record a clear, 360-degree unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
• Claim Requirement: In the event of a missing item, physical damage, or an incorrect product, this video must be shared with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
• Disclaimer: In the absence of a valid unboxing video, Kalamghar.in reserves the right to reject claims of damage or missing products.

4. Refunds via Credit Notes

At Kalamghar, we do not offer cash or bank refunds for returns.

• Issuance: Upon a successful quality check of the returned item, we will issue a Credit Note (Store Credit).
• Validity: Credit notes are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. They must be utilized within this timeframe, after which they will expire.
• Usage: This credit can be used for any future purchase across our entire catalog on Kalamghar.in.

5. Product Representation & Colour Variation

• Visual Disclaimer: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible.
• Variation: However, actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown on your screen due to differences in monitor resolutions, mobile display settings, and photographic lighting.

6. Shipping & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is in transit, the standard return policy applies.
• Delivery: While we strive for timely delivery, Kalamghar is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen logistics issues.

7. Intellectual Property

The name “Kalamghar,” the logo, and all content on this website are the intellectual property of Paper Plane Private Limited. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
